I have been off the last couple of days for my fella’s birthday. On Monday we went to Wild Tracks in Red Lodge for go-karting and quad biking and it was AMAZING!!

Ive been go-karting before but not for a long time so it took a bit of getting used to! Your quite low to the ground so you feel every movement! They stick to the track really well though so you can go pretty fast. I loved it! My other half was brilliant, he nearly beat the track record! (Maybe il listen to him next time he is telling me how to drive haha)

The quad bikes were my favourite though. We went out with Matt our instructor who was really nice and we drove round woodland and raced through water and all sorts it was great! Some of it was scary though, the hills we went up and down were pretty steep!

The weather was perfect though, fairly dry but muddy in parts and still alot of massive puddles to go through!

Now, im a fairly girlie girl but this was awesome. I have told Stu and Thomsta we need to go and have a race!

Im looking forward to the weekend, im DJing with some other friends at Innocence for a boxing after party “PRIVILEGE”. Im lucky because im actually going to the boxing first and my friend Pat McAleese is fighting. He is really good and has been training really hard so i hope he wins!

Well not our Thomsta! We were chatting the other day about foods we cant stand. Stu hates to eat brussell sprouts, Kaz wont eat crumpets but there is nothing that Thomsta wont eat?!

Now here’s the science part…concentrate….
We are testing Thomsta everyday with your suggestions on the text line. So far we have had loads of fantastic things in that you hate and we are making Thomsta eat them live on the show. So far we have had-

Day 1- Rollmop herrings (Liked)
Day 2- Lychee fruit (really liked)
Day 3- Prunes (he loved them)
Day 4- Corned beef (tasty!)
Day 5- Pickled eggs (Nice)
Day 6- Stuffed Vine leaves (didnt mind at all)
Day 7- Turkish delight (Yummmeee)
Day 8- Spinach (he enjoyed it)

Ex Mis-teeq singer Sabrina Washington has decided to go it alone and try and carve herself a pop career without the other girls. What do you think of her new video? Lots of people say she has ripped off Lady Gaga’s style??
